I tried giving them another chance after many years and I regret it. My nails are very thick and high. The acrylic isn't even and bumpy. The girl next to my tech tried to fix it for me the next day but wasn't able to shave it down enough to make too much of a difference. Waste of $60. Back to Fei Fei I go!

I would not recommend this nail salon to anyone. The prices advertised on their websites are not honored in person. They were charging $20 for my 4-year-old niece's manicure when it was clearly stated as $11 on their website. When I asked the technician to honor the price, she refused and said the website needed to be update. When I asked to speak with a manager about the discrepancy, she rudely declined; when I asked her name, she refused to give it. When I asked again she chuckled and hung up on me. This type of unprofessional behavior is unacceptable, and it is clear that this salon is falsely advertising. Save yourself the frustration and find a different nail salon that values their customers and operates with integrity.

0 stars if I could, I've tried giving this place a chance twice , after today another bad customer experience I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone , I called for a gel pedi , I asked the price prior the man who answered stated 25 for gel pedicure , I said perfect I can be there in 10 minutes, I go in and confirm the price and the lady starts laughing and says it's 50 not 25, I said oh I just called for an appointment and the guy notified me it was 25 , she started laughing again and said idk , I walked out because how rude of you to laugh instead of apologizing for your worker giving me the wrong price. Terrible customer service
