What I appreciate the most is that, like my PCP, Dr. Chen himself called twice to share the blood test results. He added tests for iron, B12 and vitamin D levels after ruling out rhabdomyolysis from the first set of tests.

Doctors who do not delegate calls to inform their patients regarding blood test results, like Dr. Chen and my PCP, undoubtedly distinguish themselves from the rest of their counterparts!Nowadays, they are rare!!

Before having consulted with Dr. Chen, I concluded that my PCP was the only doctor who calls to convey test results. My PCP belongs to my baby boomers’ generation. Dr. Chen is generations younger; hence, he’s a gem of a find in my book!“

“Weve been taking my son here since he was born and we have never had a terribly bad experience. I have noticed there has been a change in how the office is managed and staff. We never got used to seeing a particular doctor because there are plenty of PA's. But this last time my son went for his annual check up and physical this one PA made my son go to all these specialists before she would clear him for school and caused my husband to be concerned for no real reason. Its better to be safe than sorry i get it but this was to the point where the PA came across as very neurotic for no reason. I loved it at this practice particularly for the occasional time we would see Dr Jassey but he is no longer there and i have noticed a difference.“
