My husband lost his mother suddenly & unexpectedly. John & his siblings met with Bruno, the funeral director, and found him to be kind, friendly, sympathetic and understanding. He was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and very hands on. He checked in on us consistently and made sure we were all ok. He was very professional and kind at the same time.
