Everyone was courteous, professional, informed, and gave my mother's funeral the best attention possible. Jay was honest with me about the expenses and worked within my budget. They were the best at recommending the casket and flowers among other professionals. Since this was my first time arranging a funeral, I had to rely on their recommendations, and they were fantastic. Everything, including the service was prepared to my mother's preferences. Thank you again!
Elmont funeral home staffs are very professional, compassionate and supportive during our difficult time. Mary arranged and carried out the funeral services according to Chinese culture and explained us every steps. Weal are very satisfied with the service.
Reilly Orlando and James Soviero at Elmont Funeral Home were incredibly kind and understanding during my grandmother's wake. They went above and beyond by helping us, they even helped us secure an urn for my grandfather in less than two days. Their compassion and efficiency made a difficult time much easier for our family. If you are ever in need of funeral services, I highly recommend them.
