“Stenco Construction did a beautiful job repointing the brickwork in our old Queens NY condo. From the very first call, they were extremely responsive. I had an estimate in hand the next day, and they were able to fit our job into their schedule the following week. Their pricing came in a couple hundred dollars lower than the other estimate I received, which was a nice bonus. Mr Zam and his team worked hard all day and did an excellent job cleaning the dust off the bricks. While I ended up doing a bit of extra cleanup myself, it was a minor effort compared to the quality of the work and the huge improvement in how the brickwork looks. The before and after results are truly impressive, and I only wish we had done this way earlier instead of living with old, ugly brickwork for so long!“

The company sent out their roofer to give it a look and give me a quote. The next day the roofer took me on the roof to show me all my defects that I knew were there and need to be addressed.
My roof needed replacement due to nails ripping through the shingle. 9 out of ten times means replace. I had the quote that night which was my 3 rd quote that came in way under the others price. I told them great let's do it on a Monday by Friday they started the work and Saturday I had a new beautiful roof. I am so amazed how fast and hard roofers work and how great they cleaned up. That had to be the fastest process and most swift process I've ever dealt with. I highly recommend this company.“

I hired them to ready the apartment for sale or rental. They laid a new floor throughout, fixed my bathroom, which was a mess after a full renovation a few years ago. They painted the entire apartment and fixed the crown molding.

They were efficient, on schedule, and did meticulous and artful work. I was stunned when Arber told me that they emptied all of my closets to lay the new flooring and to paint. No contractor has ever done that . He installed lighting in the closets! He replaced the bracket for my hanging flat screen TV. I am sure that I will remember more quality work that he performed so that the job was perfect. He just went to my apartment to replace the lightbulb in the front closet because it had burned out and he didn't want to leave it that way.

I have not experienced such integrity and commitment to the work.

I have worked with a number of contractors for years to restore my UES co-op. Why so many? The work was shoddy, over-priced and needed to be redone. One contractor had to re-do my bathroom floor three times because each time the tile floor was crooked.

If you need work done, you must contact interior Design & builders. They have restored my faith that some rare few actually take time and care about the work that they are doing.
