Alice the Owner is an expert! She really takes the time to understand the look your trying to achieve .You will leave looking like a movie star. The salon is beautiful and relaxing. Everyone is always friendly and accommodating. Wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair.

I had the most terrible experience. I requested an specific hair cut, lady said she could do it. She did nothing like the picture I showed her. I cried the whole day with the results of this haircut, she just kept cutting and then asked and I said no more. I told her I wanted the front long she said it is not long it is in layers .. I am posting the pictures of what I wanted and what she did .. please save yourself and do not go to this place, at least not for a short cut

I've been to so many salons in Queens, but this was by far one of the BEST. I booked an appointment with Dottie to retouch my color, do a glaze, and get a trim. She is so knowledgeable and really took the time to understand what I wanted to have done. The color came out perfect and was exactly what I was looking for. The cherry on top was the amazing haircut Dottie gave me. She trimmed just enough to get rid of my damaged ends while still maintaining my length. She carefully went through each section to make sure the layers were even and gave me a fantastic blowout. I have nothing but amazing things to say about the experience and final result. This place is a gem, and I highly recommend it!

This salon has been The best forest hills place for color, cut and blowouts for over 30 years. The staff is knowledgeable, hardworking and super friendly. Their level of expertise is like a Manhattan salon. But for fair prices. I’ve been to every top salon in Manhattan and no one compares to symmetry. Best salon in nyc. Have been a fan for decades. Wouldn’t let anyone else but Fernanda touch my hair. She’s amazing.,

The service is amazing. Every single time i come here I get in after 5 minutes. If they are busy then maybe 7ish minutes. I highly recommend getting your hair cut by Diana. I show her a photo then boom it's on my head.
