I've actually been coming to this salon since way before the pandemic (about 2017 or 2018) and i've been a loyal customer since they opened. But, after today's experience I will never be returning ever again. It's been probably about 3 years since i've been here because i had a baby and then the pandemic hit. My mother and i decided we wanted to get our hands and feet done and in total they charged us about $460 and thats not even including the tip!!!!! Extremely Rude. I called to schedule an appointment in advanced for next week. And I called (google says they are open till 9PM, I called at 7:50PM) Wasn't even making an appointment for today. The lady answered and after I said I wanted to schedule an appointment she said "We closed" and hung up. Like you wouldn't be answering phones if your closed. And I called her back and she picked up, cause there not closed. And I told her that appointment wasn't for tonight and that is extremely rude, and she just hung up again. SUPER UNPROFFESSIONAL.
