I recently had an antique wool rug professionally cleaned after keeping it rolled up in storage during a house renovation. I was extremely cautious because of its age and sentimental value, but the Antique rug cleaning process was handled with obvious care from beginning to end. When the rug was returned, it looked refreshed without losing the beautiful character that only an older handmade rug has. Years of dust had disappeared, the colors were far more vibrant than I remembered, and the texture felt much cleaner. It still looks like the same treasured family heirloom, only now it has the appearance it deserves.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I’ll say this — the rug just feels better now. It’s a wool rug and used to feel a bit rough. After cleaning, it’s softer when you walk on it. Small thing, but noticeable.
