Had this group replace a water heater(ruined in less than 2 years due to another contractor improperly installing), they warrantee their work 5 years and gave very fair price understanding my predicament. John was very thorough in his analysis of ruined system, then team Vidal and Brian came in same day and did an amazingly beautiful job. Will leave this review unless there is a problem but doubt it haha. Great job!!!

This is our third time using Varsity. John C. came to our home in Suffolk County and was quick, kind and extremely knowledgeable. He laid out multiple options and price ranges to fit our budget; all priced better than we were previously given by another company. John went over the process of removing and installing the water tank in detail, then patiently re-explained to to my husband, all while answering all of our questions. We have used Varsity in the past and it is reassuring when the company sends someone familiar with our previous services and home.
