Thank you for taking really good care of my mom. She appreciates each and everyone at Union Plaza for taking time to take care of her and attend to her needs. From the Nurses to therapists to social workers, everyone took time to listen and answered any questions we as family had and went extra mile to provide the assistance needed! Special thanks to CNA Judith and Sonia for making my mom’s stay extra special, they were so friendly and caring! Again we appreciate all the effort and attention !!
NP Stella and the 3rd-floor team cared for my father for over two years with incredible kindness, patience, and respect through the challenges of his dementia. Every staff member does their job exceptionally well — from the understanding social workers, to the sweet-yet-stern accounting office that keeps everything running smoothly, to the speech therapist who was always there when we needed her. NP Huang, who always made the effort to comfort my mom in Chinese — even when his Chinese wasn’t perfect. It’s the effort and heart that truly count. Their care gave our family true peace, and we highly recommend them.
Great experience at Union plaza. The staff has been very supportive during my dad’s move to another floor. Larissa has been wonderful sending her recreation workers to help put a smile on our faces with Santa and recreation workers. Elizabeth and Destiny also brought smiles with their kindness and humor. Thank you for making our Christmas bright during a time of healing.
