The elderly gentleman was a great help. I was looking to get a replacement rubber piece for a shower stem which they didn’t have as well as another plumbing store I visited. But this place recommended I buy the stem to try and it was a decent price. The stem replacement worked for me so this was worth the trip.

Will not stand behind what they sell. If you do decide to come here, you better make sure everything works before you pay. If there are any problems with the item after you purchase it, they will tell you, it's no longer their problem and to contact manufacturer. Do yourself a favor and spend the few extra dollars and go to Home Depot (Home Depot will actually price match them if you ask for a manager) around the corner and save yourself a potential massive headache. Why would you hire such an employee? He has a bad attitude and seems to be superior. See samples. I'll show it to you if you want to buy it. If you haven’t decided to buy it, I won’t show it to you. I can't even ask more questions.
