Their hours are from 9:30AMto 5:00PM. This only leaves Saturday for you to pickup and drop off clothes. Also, their turnaround for clothes is a week. That's way too long and inconvenient. Good luck if you work in Manhattan. I'm currently looking for an alternative.
I have been using this store tailor and dry clean service for 2 years. The overall service is pretty good. Especially the tailor here is very good because the very experienced tailor who can do lots of highly skilled alteration hardly to find in other place.
