Every one on the staff is super sweet. Usually bring ny daughters but went for myself for a root touch up and cut and the style came great! Found out the salon has a brow specialist too

The two stars is for the friendliness from the hair washer. I went in to see how much and how long it would take to do my hair. I showed the pictures of how I wanted it and they said it will take 2 hours and $250. I made the appointment and I went in. The hairdresser herself was nice and we have a discussion at length about what I wanted. Firstly she cut my hair way to short and secondly the hair did not come anywhere close to where I wanted it. I think her skills were just not there or she seemed rushed because Inbetween she had other clients. In the end she charged me $300 which is fine because I'm aware the price is an estimate but they did see how long and thick... read full review

There’s a poster named C or Chris under me who has reposted twice about how “terrible” the service is and only has one star reviews posted. He claims the owners shaved his eyebrows but this has NEVER happened to me EVER in my 10 years of coming here nor have I even seen that sort of thing happen. He didn’t post photos of how the eyebrows were shaved off nor does he explain why he didn’t say anything during the cut in the first place. You have a mouth, use it to communicate if you see something is wrong? The service here is great and the stylists take their time when giving cuts. I’m not sure what kind of person this Chris person is but you need to rethink... read full review
