I had a wonderful experience with North Shore Plumbing Supply Co. The whole team there was very knowledgeable and receptive to my concerns. I mainly worked with James who I must say is a gem to this business. James was able to correctly identify the boiler I was looking for and have it delivered to me the next day. What I loved about this place is that it has a real neighborhood/community vibe that no big business can copy. I am truly grateful for the service that I received at North Shore Plumbing Supply Co.

I called in because the O-ring on my kitchen faucet popped. I called in and asked if they had o-rings. The person on the phone told me to bring it in as they have many types of O-rings. When I walked in I was given an entire box of O-rings. Excellent service. Thank you Jimmy!
