Blessings, I went twice. I really needed the hot pools. I had a Construction Accident several years ago and I was sore. They recommended this place to me. And it helped me a lot for my legs and my back. I relaxed a lot. I would like to go to the saunas and pools again. hot I don't mind walking around naked I have nothing to lose hehe I'll see if during these times I can go and relax I had a very happy time that day I went I highly recommend them for people who have pain in their body they will have new experiences thank you

My favorite spa for years but recently they have made some odd decisions. Example: the steam room is on a timer so only heats up periodically. When asked about this they just shrug their shoulders. Also a lot of duct tape holding things together

I did not expect to find a traditional Korean spa in Flushing, Queens. If you have not been to a traditional Korean spa before, I recommend checking out the New York Spa & Sauna's website. There is a a full page with instructions, from entering the spa to locker room etiquettes and from using the steam rooms/hot tubs to using the dry saunas. As stated on the websites and in the locker rooms, the hot tub and steam room are fully nude. If you are not comfortable with that, I would suggest trying a clothing-optional or swimwear required Korean spa.
You can stay as long as you wish. Just note that, if you leave the building, you have to buy another... read full review
