New LD Hair Salon is located in the heart of Flushing and conveniently within walking distance from the Flushing-Main Street subway station. This establishment was called CiCi Hair Salon many moons ago. I haven't stepped foot inside for four years. CiCi has been my long-time hairstylist. I called CiCi to book her for my appointment today. I arrived around 10:00 a.m. this morning. First, I hung up my Columbia jacket. Second, I waited for my turn. CiCi started mixing the hair color. Another employee touched up my roots. She placed plastic wrap on my head. Finally, she washed my hair. CiCi was blow-drying, cutting, and straightening my hair. Phew, this was a weight off my shoulders. I was 100% satisfied with the results. I paid $80 for touching up my roots and cutting my hair. FYI, CiCi works on Mondays only!
