Wore my pair of dressy Chelsea boots a lot and heels are worn out. Took to this place and came out perfect. Feel even better in the pair than when they were still new because the heels were loud and now they are not. 5/5.
Every inch of this store tells a story. I dropped off at noon and they were ready for pickup by 4:30p - amazing. These shoes were in rough shape, but Avner gave them a second life. I really wish I took a before picture bc the after does not do it justice! Restitching of the sole, fixing and reinforcing the heal and toe, fixing the lining, stretching, and giving it the best shine he could given where they were before. He explained all that before and gave me an upfront price and I paid cash - very reasonable and I really appreciated the same day service.
He was so friendly and welcoming - will come again for any future shoe or leather needs!
I asked Reddit for a place where I can have my duffel bag repaired. Thanks to one of the Redditor who suggested me to check on this place. Yesterday at noontime I visited and Avner welcomed me to his shop while working on a shoes for a lady. He checked my bag and access, he immediately told me that it can't be repaired on that day because his craftsmen who specialises on these is not around. I taught it was an easy fix but he explained to me the intricate details. I appreciate his honesty and sincerity to give me a good service. For a good price my duffel bag looks brand new.
