I had high hopes for Kew Garden Nail & Spa given its reputation for being a down-to-earth neighborhood spot, but the scheduling management is incredibly frustrating. I made a specific appointment in advance, yet I was treated exactly like a walk-in and forced to endure a very long wait.
It’s disappointing when a business doesn't respect a customer's time; there is no point in offering bookings if they aren't going to be honored. If you’re on a tight schedule, be careful—you might end up waiting just as long as someone who simply wandered in off the street.
