Preferred to use a local business with a good track record. Unexpectedly fast service in spite of a coming heat wave. Installation both inside the house and outside was exceptional. The team treated my house as if it was theirs, even protecting my floors. There is no sloppy spider web of cables or casings, just clean straight lines. Consideration was given to ease of possible maintenance in the future as well as appearance. Cleanup outside and inside was unexpected - haven’t met many workmen who cleanup like that. The crew was polite and considerate. We’re very happy with the units installed. And the price was competitive.

The condenser of my AC system was leaking coolant. HomeServe had added coolant twice in 7 weeks, The AC was not able keep the temperature near its setting on hot days. I called JC National (JC) and they looked at my system that day. JC reached out to manufactures and provided options quickly. The desired condenser (it provided the most clearance in my driveway) was thought to be on backorder but came in quickly instead. JC was able to schedule installation for the next Tuesday. I needed a 20 year old system replaced. The unit was installed with the utmost professionalism. Excellent pricing. Extraordinarily neat (they cleaned up after themselves) and most important of all, the unit works great. I would definitely recommned to anyone. Jim, Russ and the crew are the best in the business!
