Through tears I spoke to James around 3am telling him my husband passed away. He was very kind and professional and took down some basic information. I went in person to make the arrangements and Jaclyn helped with everything. She’s incredibly compassionate and down to earth. She worked within my budget and didn’t try to upsell like other funeral homes. Jacklyn and Frank made the wake beautiful and I can’t thank them enough for making the worst week of my life bearable.
