ESA did an excellent job in a timely and efficient manner! ESA ensured the return of items after a broken engagement/relationship by limiting unnecessary escalation and emotions. They were empathetic to both sides while ensuring everything was done with the utmost of legal care. ESA was prepared for every scenario and brought closure to a difficult and somewhat embarrassing time. Most importantly, I respect ESA’s for the privacy and confidentiality afforded to clients.
