Had a great experience at Dr. Scalp. When you arrive they give you slippers to wear (recommend bringing your own socks if you are in sandals) and the space is very clean and comfortable. The people who work there are so nice and make the experience very relaxing. They start the process by taking photos of your scalp close up with a microscope camera lens. Then a series of different solutions they apply to the scalp. Then a long steam and a lot of shampoo and scrubbing. This was the best part. Then drying and more solutions. I came for a scalp deep clean, it was pretty easy to get an appointment at the time I wanted. Arrived a bit early they still could accommodate to see us early,The first time it started with consultation they asked detailed questions about diet, stress, sleep and problems of the scalp health and then they take pictures of the scalp to show any issue needs to be treated to recommend a treatment that works for your needs.The whole thing took about 90mins including consultation and scanning. I made an appointment over the phone with Edison who was very polite and kind. I was not aware that the prices have gone up a bit so the photo posted on Yelp last year doesn't reflect the updated prices. I was able to secure a time slot right away and today was my first visit. Upon exiting the elevator I was pleasantly greeted by Amy who was very down to earth and soft spoken. She is caring, informative and most importantly kind and not overbearing. Never felt pressured or uncomfortable throughout my entire experience. She showed me magnified shots of my scalp before and after treatment.
