I have to say the receptionist/dispatcher almost lost this job for your company... providing inaccurate information regarding response time and then rudely hanging up the phone on me mid conversation. The saving grace for this 5 star rating and recommendation was Eucladio! Professional, courteous and respectful. He didn't stop until he resolved the drain blockage. He was thorough and double checked everything before he left, even cleaned up after himself. GREAT ASSET TO YOUR COMPANY! WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND HIM!
