I’m new to the area and came back home. And I love working out here it’s the sweetest place to come work out. I started working out a lot more and it’s never too crowded and I enjoy coming here. Wouldn’t work out anywhere else honestly

This gym is great with lots of new equipment. The staff is courteous knowledgeable and very professional. I really liked their focus on technique and safety - something important to me as a beginner lifter.

I've been taking about a class a week and can safely say I love it here. I'm an all around beginner, and was looking for a studio to take a variety of group fitness classes, as I am most motivated to do my best in a group setting. The facility is clean and full of friendly, encouraging people. I love the location near my home, and that there's ample street parking available. I've met a few instructors and they have all been awesome. The classes are affordable, and I love that I can pay and choose my classes all online. I sound like an infomercial, but this place is deserving of these stars. I would, and have, been recommending this place to my friends. This place is a more suitable fit for me than a regular gym, because I love group fitness classes!
