Dropped off 3 pants to be hemmed. And i was given a date and time to pick them up. When i got there nothing was done to them. Since I needed them for work i had to take my pants the same way I dropped them off. Bad service. They shouldn’t offer the alterations service if they only focus on the dry cleaning.

Aside from the fact that I didn’t receive what I asked for, which was a double ended zipper, it was a miscommunication between both parties, this is probably the worst job that I’ve seen for a zipper repair. The results are very unsatisfactory and the woman I spoke to at the front had a very condescending demeanor. I paid $75 for a cleaning and a repair but now I’m gonna have to go spend more money elsewhere to get this fixed. Upon touching the threads, they all fell off. I didn’t expect a perfect job, but this is beyond belief.
