Jacky was never pushy or salesy — instead, he provided clear, detailed explanations at every step, which was especially helpful as it was our first time handling funeral arrangements. He was extremely respectful and patient, taking the time to understand our family’s wishes, as well as the cultural traditions and expectations from relatives, and balancing them thoughtfully with what our mother would have wanted.
Jacky and his team made arranging the last rites for my father easy and seamless. They were sensitive to the different cultural and religious needs of our family and did a great job walking us through the process.
