Franky is by far the most honest electronic repair guy I’ve met here in NYC or in flushing. My problem with my IPad Pro was address in less than 2 minutes. And the rate is very much reasonable. Will definitely come back if ever I have a problem with my gadgets.

I personally have went there and gotten multiple phones done. Even pc resets to trojan. Frank is legit. He got good prices for people who shop long term with em. He fixed lcd screens for cheap as well. And can troubleshoot almost any devices.

Make sure to take a picture of the inside of your laptop/computer before bringing it here. I brought my laptop here for a repair and a couple days later the guy calls me and tells me that I didn't give him the RAM card, even though I had given him every other part down to the last screw. He offered to give me a "free" 4gb RAM card as a replacement, but the RAM that was missing was a 130$ 32gb one, and easily the most valuable part of the old laptop. He told me that I must have lost it before giving it to him, but to this day I haven't found it and I 100% believe that these guys have done shady stuff like this before, especially if they think the customer wouldn't notice like they did with me. In the end they couldn't even fix the laptop so I was down more money than I came in with. Try to find a different one if you can.

Owner is very nonprofessional and not responsible. The store is said to open at 11am on Sunday. I waited before 11 and confirmed with over the phone while waiting. Till 11:30, heard from another customer who's also waiting, that the owner spontaneously decided to come on 12pm. Feel like a fool, and wasted almost an hour.
