Huge invasion of privacy and trust. My building had a relationship with them so I used them based on this. The Super them in my apartment and Filtrite was left in the apartment alone to replace my hvac. They went through my refrigerator, drank my drinks - okay fine if you're thirsty. They used my cups, broke them and left the empty cans and broken cups on/around the new hvac they installed. Spoke with Perry, he said "I asked my guys and they said they didn't do it" and continued to gaslight me. I needed 7 new Fan Coils for my apartment, I got 3 bids. Filtrite was the best bid because they use IEC Fan Coils. Very good company. They came on time and did a fantastic job. The owner is very nice.

I live out on California, but also own a 4 bedroom on 62nd St in New York. I wanted to replace the 4 old fan Coil units in my apartment, I called 3 companies. Not only was Filtrite the best price, but they are the only company in New York that installs International Environmental Units (IEC). I did my research. Better than Carrier, Daiken, Ice Cap, Trane etc. Filtrite did a fantastic job, clean, professional. They installed the units. They work fantastic and gave me a 3 year maintenance contract.
