We just finished up a complete HVAC overhaul from top to bottom. The team spent 2 Plus days with us. At all times they were highly professional and extremely detail oriented. Our residential boiler died the day after Christmas and we returned home at about midnight the 26th to a cold house. After calling several companies that night and the following morning morning and getting one tech over from another company that seemed only adequate, I was recommended Silvestri by a neighbor to get a second opinion and wow did they deliver. Scott came by within 30 minutes, diagnosed the issues with our 44 year old boiler, had a informed discussion about repairs vs new units, and we opted for repairs.
