Let me preface this review by saying my experience with Joe and his team was very pleasant. All were gentlemen with great dispositions and a professional approach. So, I had been having issues with my heat pump, with the fan not turning on to provide heat or cooling. I called JG after reaching out to a larger company earlier who attempted to upsell me on a completely new HVAC system at an outrageous price. Joe and his team arrived and we’re very pleasant to work with. The exact issue I was having wasn’t able to be duplicated when they arrived, but based on what was happening, he believed it could be related to the system’s logic board. JG Mechanical repaired my furnace last week. I’ve been a homeowner for forty years and dealt with many contractors, and Joe was outstanding.He was prompt, reliable, honest, and best of all extremely knowledgeable. He did an excellent job, left a clean space, explained the repair as he worked on it, and presented me with a very reasonable bill.
