Even today, with signs posted that they were short staffed, I sat in the waiting room and was in awe how every single staff person I encountered and/or watched was professional, kind, engaging to the patients, patient as the older folk walked toward them. I don't know if Dr. D has a specific team, but everyone who appears to be associated with him are outstanding, many of whom I routinely see. The front desk crew is always pleasant & efficient.
