The entire staff at the Farmingdale vision center was exceptional. This was the best experience I ever had purchasing eyeglasses. Dr. Siegel and the entire team are very friendly helpful and knowledgeable, not to mention the excellent price point. I have already recommended them to friends and family and will continue to do so. I am so impressed with walmart vision customer service. My daughter had a great experience in the store while picking out her sports goggles. Unfortunately, after just 2 weeks of having them they got destroyed in a car fire. Walmart vision workers places a replacement order for me over the phone and did not charge me for the second pair. We are so appreciative as we dont have eye glass insurance. thank you

If you would have told me I would be getting prescription eyewear from a Walmart 5 years ago, I would have laughed in your face. Today I would not get glasses anywhere else. To think I used to pay four times as much for glasses is mind boggling. This is a great vision center! Michael and his staff are outstanding! As for customer service, the vision team sets a standard by which all others should be judged. As for Dr. Siegall, he performed the most accurate refraction I have ever had.
