I can’t say how life-altering the services Carolyn provides have been for me.Before I went to Carolyn, I was at a complete loss with what to do about unwanted hair; I had tried the full gamut of hair removal services with no success. I came across electrolysis but wasn’t sure how comfortable I’d feel, how I’d tolerate it, etc. Carolyn quelled my anxiety from the very first visit. She was happy to go at my pace. The owner and operator of this place is absolutely lovely. The care and techniques used for electrolysis proves to make it an enjoyable experience. I would heavily recommend this to anyone!!!

Absolutely cannot recommend Smooth Choice enough, every time I go I get consistent, quality service. Carolyn's expertise is evident in the improvement I have seen in a short time. I love the atmosphere, especially considering the difficult times we are all facing with the current pandemic. The clean and bright space is very comforting and welcoming.
