We joined ROC a few months ago after making the switch from another dojo that was not challenging my 12 year old son enough. It was the best decision! ROC has helped him so much and has renewed his enthusiasm for martial arts. At ROC, students earn their stripes and belts based on performance, so my son is up to a green belt fairly quickly and is advancing to his blue. He puts a lot of time and energy into practicing so it is amazing to see his hard work rewarded. Everyone made us feel welcome, and excited that we are there. If you are on the fence they offer a three week special to try out before switching to a monthly plan. Definite 5 stars!

Sensei Mike, Sensei Dan and Sensei Scott create a positive and encouraging environment in which all students are treated with respect, kindness and patience. We have seen our kids grow in confidence and strength over the last year. We highly recommend ROC Martial Arts for anyone looking for a martial arts community with wonderful role models.

Sensei Mike and Sensei Dan at ROC Martial Arts are excellent instructors who make great connections to their students. Their karate lessons have improved my daughter's confidence, self esteem, concentration and disciple. It's been an excellent experience - thank you!
