First experience at the office was great. Staff were friendly and Dr.Ortez is so patient and detailed couldn’t be happier. She even called me on a Saturday to let me know the results. Highly recommend!!

My sister and mom’s experience with this vet has been disgraceful. My mom called about 2 yrs ago and her dogs eye was hanging out of his head due to an accident and they gave her a 4 pm appt when she called at 11am. Also. She’s 88 years old and had to hold her dogs eye in until then My sister called yesterday to have her cat put down and they had no appts yesterday or today???? Shouldn’t that be something you squeeze in? Such a disgrace.

I had a great experience here with my ferrets. I had a very hard time trying to find an exotic veterinarian that was taking new pets, but Fairport Animal Hospital was able to get me in only waiting a month. The prices are very reasonable and the doc was very willing to chat and answer any questions. Would recommend!!

The staff is absolutely amazing! They take time to listen to you and your concerns about your pet. They love animals and it shows in the care they give. I would give a 10/10!

They were so nice, you can tell dr Ortiz(I believe her name was😅) really cares about what she does and the pets she works with. It was an all around great experience. Partially understand the getting you for your $ part tho in some reviews lol. Could be worse though. Will be back 🙏❤️

Wouldn’t ever recommend bringing reptiles here told me my leopard gecko was “completely fine” she died not even 12 hours after bringing her home

The entire staff was extremely friendly. Dr. Hall was wonderful. He’s very kind, thorough and answered all questions I had. Very good Dr. The reception area was very welcoming and one of the nicest and definitely most brightest ones I’ve ever been in. Very pleasant experience.

Dr. Hall diagnosed a blockage my 1 1/2 year dog had and operated immediately. All staff were very professional and helpful. Highly recommend Fairport Animal Hospital!!

First time at this hospital for my 47 yr old parrot. Dr Hall was excellent. Handled the bird well and I could not have been happier. He was very informative regarding the bird's health during exam. Nice to know there is another avian vet I can count on because most vet's don't see birds.
