“Have been their customer/patient for 6+ years. Hubby switched to them as well. Overall we have a pleasant experience, with everyone there except one lady who process the insurance and co-pays. She is rude, disrespectful and overall unpleasant to deal with. She has no business dealing with patients or customers. We brought our experience up with the optometrist and hopefully will not encounter her miserable attitude again.
The optometrist and the rest of the staff are great. Super helpful, kind and friendly. Very happy to be their customer overall. Doc is detailed, attentive and kid friendly.
