Meade Optical is a friendly and professional eye care provider with a modern, clean, and comfortable office. The staff are knowledgeable, helpful, and attentive, making each visit a positive experience. Customers appreciate the detailed and kid-friendly optometrist. While most interactions are pleasant, one staff member who handles insurance and co-pays has been described as rude and disrespectful. Overall, many clients are very happy with the service, choosing Meade Optical over other providers, and plan to be lifelong patients.
My kids and I had exams there yesterday. The doctor and staff were wonderful. We received comprehensive exams and help selecting the most appropriate eyewear for our different needs.
Have been their customer/patient for 6+ years. Hubby switched to them as well. Overall we have a pleasant experience, with everyone there except one lady who process the insurance and co-pays. She is rude, disrespectful and overall unpleasant to deal with. She has no business dealing with patients or customers. We brought our experience up with the optometrist and hopefully will not encounter her miserable attitude again.
The optometrist and the rest of the staff are great. Super helpful, kind and friendly. Very happy to be their customer overall. Doc is detailed, attentive and kid friendly.

My family and I went for our first visit at Meade Optical last week. After 20+ years using a national chain vision company and having ongoing frustrations we finally made the move. WOW are we glad we did. Clean, modern, comfortable office with pleasant and very knowledgeable staff that took their time with each of us to be sure we were well taken care of. We will now be lifelong patients of Meade!
