But, he immediately took control of the situation and fired the awful individual and put out a very sincere apology, making sure that everyone knew that he finds this behavior abhorrent and will not tolerate it. I am very impressed that he took such immediate action and didn't just stand back and hide. I hope this business continues to thrive!“
