WOW! I came to the Horseheads Zoom Tan and had the best experience with Miss Rose. She went above and beyond helping me with my card and account details with your store after my card had been compromised a few days ago and needed to give her a new card for my monthly payment. She is so kind, patient and caring with helping me get it figured out and fixed it all. She has your facility so neat and clean. She is the reason I will be coming back to Horseheads Zoom Tan as she is so kind and sweet to all of her customers. I have also been to the Corning one and it is very friendly, neat and clean as well but Rose made me feel so welcome (like home). I feel 😊 so good...read full review
Absolutely love this tanning salon. The staff always greet me with a smile and are all extremely personable, shout out to rose! She is awesome. She never forgets to mention the latest deals on packages and lotions, etc. It is clean, always smells nice when I arrive and is only a short distance from my home and very conveniently located!
The entrance, hallway, rooms, booths and even the bathroom are all spotless. I always feel at home when i arrive. I cannot say enough good things about this place and the staff. Five stars!!
Zoom tan is continually upgrading their services to give more options to their customers. Horseheads Zoom tan as well as the other Zoom Tans in our area are clean and the employees are respectful and helpful to customers..it's the best place to get a great tan. There is a weekly product sale as well as other pop-up sales all the time on services and lotions. Zoom Tan even posts coupons on social media pages for people to partake. I recommend horseheads zoom tan, I actually recommend all the Zoom Tans salons in our area . The best tan in the area and the best bang for your buck .
