Rainbow International did an exceptional job helping us when our basement got water damage due to a failed sump pump. Within 30 minutes of contacting the owner he was out there and had his guys there. They were professional and showed up first thing every day to assess the situation and let us know what was going on. They worked with our insurance and made sure everything was covered before doing anything. I hope to not have to use them again, but I would be more than happy to give my business to them anytime!!Service: Flood restoration

We had the unfortunate pleasure of of using their services twice in 3 months for a flooded basement and a separate issue of mold in the ceiling. They responded quickly, and everything was completed timely. They were understanding and accommodating when our project was halted by covid. Rainbow Intl. removed sewage water from my cellar floor. They then deodorized the cellar and left several large humidifiers in the cellar over the weekend. They cleaned out a large area of items that were damaged and left the cellar very clean. The 2 workers, named Zakk and Nathan, couldn’t have been nicer or more polite. They were quiet, hard working and certainly knew what they were doing. I would recommend them very highly to others. In short, am very impressed with Rainbow International.
