“I called in a panic at 8pm at night as our normal person is currently unavailable and try to get someone to help with our furnace that randomly stopped working in a mobile home. No one else would help until I met this voice called Earl! He was patient, understanding and walked us through getting heat going again pretty easy on our own while being on the phone the whole time! We ended up on the phone until almost 10pm, at some point the call accidently dropped - he handled a few more calls and called us right back! EARL from the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU!!!!“

“Super helpful and very knowledgeable! I had no idea how to find a belt for my older-style vacuum until they were recommended to me. They not only explained to me that belts are no longer made for mine, but walked me through both what kind of alternative belts could work for mine in the future along with precautions to take when putting on a new one to ensure I didn't accidentally break it during instalation. The location is in a bit of a hard to notice spot, as it's conjoined with a barber shop and on a tight corner with not much around it, but it's well worth finding if you want quality care for your home vacuum.“
