We signed our son up for the Dragons training program at this gym after some research into the best dojo. we are now over a month into it and we still love it! The teachers are all so kind and a little silly with the younger kids but in a way that they are learning and also genuinely enjoying the class. We could not have asked for a better first experience for our sweet boy. ❤

I own a school about 2 hours away. These people come up every year to compete in a tournament we host. AFK students always place well and have great sportsmanship and attitudes! These people run a classy school!

We started our son at AFK just about a year ago, and have now added our daughter and myself. It has been a great place to learn and grow. Very friendly, down to earth environment, with extremely skilled instructors. I recommend it to anyone who is looking for physical, and character training, as well as self-defense.
