My Whirlpool dryer started making a loud squealing noise when the drum was turning. Brad responded quickly and diagnosed a failure of the drum rollers / idler pulley. He obtained the necessary repair parts and had the unit fixed in short order, and at a fair price. My only disappointment was not with Brad, but with Whirlpool, since the dryer is just over 1 year old.

Very happy with his service to our icemaker. It took 3 visits, one to diagnose and two different ones for parts. He didn’t even charge me for the labor on the 3rd visit. He communicates very promptly and shows up when he says he will. He calls right back when you leave a message and request service UNLIKE others in the immediate area who don’t even call back for 3 weeks after you call them. I highly recommend Advantage Appliance.
