I can't sat enough good things about our experience with Allen's today. The exhaust fan on our furnace quit working and we were without heat in the dead of winter. Other companies in the area either didn't answer or wouldn't come out for a day or more. We called Allen's around 3pm on a Saturday and by 5pm the furnace repair was completed and we were back up and running. Mike couldn't have been more professional! Allen's will be our only call in the future!
The entire team at Allen's from the office/scheduling staff down to the gents who did the work at the house were professional, helpful and fair! Very much appreciated help with a leaking kitchen faucet and backed up drain.
I’ve worked with Allen’s on 3 separate projects and all were performed timely and professionally. Any time I have called Denise was prompt and courteous with her response and appointments as scheduled were always on time. I felt the work was done in each project to meet expectations and pricing was fair. Working with Mike, Drew, and Chris made it easy as they explained the project and answered any questions I had. I recommend them highly and will always reach out to them for any plumbing assistance I may need in the future.
