I can't sat enough good things about our experience with Allen's today. The exhaust fan on our furnace quit working and we were without heat in the dead of winter. Other companies in the area either didn't answer or wouldn't come out for a day or more. We called Allen's around 3pm on a Saturday and by 5pm the furnace repair was completed and we were back up and running. Mike couldn't have been more professional! Allen's will be our only call in the future!

Our hot water tank needed to be replaced. My husband went to Allen’s at 8 am and we had a new tank installed by 1045 am. Great experience from start to finish!

The entire team at Allen's from the office/scheduling staff down to the gents who did the work at the house were professional, helpful and fair! Very much appreciated help with a leaking kitchen faucet and backed up drain.

Most recently Chris and Mike came over the past two weeks to problem solve a heating issue we were having. Through testing, and trial and error they were able to assess the problem and also walk me through what the problem was, what was the resolution was, and things to look out for in case of an emergency. Shout out to Allen‘s plumbing and heating for being very respectful, professional, and detailed in their service overview. Highly recommend this provider and huge thank you to them as now we have heat!
