“Heidi was so wonderful. She gave me quotes for multiple sizes and designs. Sent me pictures of styles so that we could do the entire order remotely. Delivery was right on time and her delivery guy Aaron was a pleasure to work with and was patient with placing the shed and offering to reposition if needed to get it just right. Delivery was easy and did not destroy our yard. The shed is great quality and exactly what I was hoping for. I had my garage roof done next day no money upfront was very pleased with the work , then called back for my bathroom remodel and floors front and back door replaced among other things done, had to wait a little while longer to get started due to the busy season but once started job was not rushed done an excellent job above and beyond my expectations especially my floors! “Experience began at estimate. Appreciate the intent to do the work right, dig on exterior, use large drainage PVC and provide legitimate customer testimonials (old school sale). Locktight crew was very polite and easy to be around. I had a large amount of supplies in my basement and they were helpful in moving items to center so to access basement perimeter tile. There was some phone tag in order to set a date for work to begin. I’d recommend some form of SMS or digital (email) communication to coordinate this (list of things to do to prep). Didn’t appreciate the hassle and lack-of patience from Locktight to receive payment (check due at estimate decision, work start and work finish). All things considered they finished ahead of schedule. “We had a great experience building with Kelkenberg homes and we are glad that we found them during our search for a builder. Right after our first meeting with Charlie, we decided to move forward with them. Everyone was so great to deal with - Charlie, Holly, Sue, Debbie, Chuck and others. This is a family owned business and there wasn't a single instance when we couldn't reach anyone for anything. Holly was wonderful throughout the whole process and guided us a lot on things we could consider during our build. Every single sub-contractor who worked on our house was great and we feel very confident in the quality of construction and finishes in our home.
