“Madison and the team did what other shops couldn't for me. I called after an insurance predicament and the entire team came together and did amazing for me. Prompt service, phenomenal customer service and always advocated for me, the customer. I couldn't be happier with the collision center service I had.”
“Everything is great but driver lounge set up weird a lot of futures but only 2 seats.”
“Beginning with Alicia in the service department admin…she began the process with a calm and patient demeanor. Mike, a service advisor further assured me by giving me options and reliable information, he took the time to explain all things relating to my situation. Later his information was confirmed to be true. I’ve had previous dealings with Anthony, the head manager, and he is kind and very experienced always putting customer needs first. Thanks Burdick Lexus for a wonderful customer experience!”
