“I was visiting Syracuse from Silicon Valley and decided to try Fresh out for a manicure. I'm so glad I did! Everyone there was more friendly than any nail tech I've ever experienced in CA and the manicure was excellent and reasonably priced. The salon is in a cool converted home and truly seems part of the neighborhood. It smelled delicious inside - I never got even a whiff of that usual antiseptic strong nail spa smell. I needed acrylic nails removed and was dreading the usual discomfort and rough treatment of having them chipped and drilled off. Instead they were gently removed and my nails beneath were preserved. I'm embarrassed that I cannot remember the nail tech's name but she was amazing. She suggested a dip manicure and they had lots of great colors to choose from. The experience was completed with a wonderful house made gingerbread hand scrub and lotion. I left with awesome nails and also bought a tub of the gingerbread lotion. The place is nicely decorated, and they even added some or Halloween/Fall decor. The employees all seem professional, and it's clean every time I go. I would suggest arriving early for your appointment because parking spaces in the back are limited but you could also park on the street if needed.“
