I was visiting Syracuse from Silicon Valley and decided to try Fresh out for a manicure. I'm so glad I did! Everyone there was more friendly than any nail tech I've ever experienced in CA and the manicure was excellent and reasonably priced. The salon is in a cool converted home and truly seems part of the neighborhood. It smelled delicious inside - I never got even a whiff of that usual antiseptic strong nail spa smell. I needed acrylic nails removed and was dreading the usual discomfort and rough treatment of having them chipped and drilled off. Instead they were gently removed and my nails beneath were preserved. I recently came here for the first time and will definitely be returning. The spa is located in a beautiful historic neighborhood inside a gorgeous house with the spa on the first floor and the owner's living space on the second. The spa itself is clean and offers a chic, modern atmosphere. It's obvious that a lot of time, care, and love has gone into this place.When I entered, I was promptly greeted and invited to take a seat to wait for my manicure appointment. The staff at Fresh Nail Lounge and Spa are always professional! I have received multiple services including massages, pedicures, facials and body waxing. I have been more than satisfied with each service. See you again soon ladies!
