Sanctuary Spa offers a tranquil atmosphere and expert treatments. The Intensive spa package includes a facial, such as the Chrysalis treatment, which guests have found wonderful. The very intensive pampering spa package has also received positive feedback, highlighting the kindness and accommodating nature of the therapists, especially Tracey. Guests appreciate how she explains each step of the process, ensuring they feel comfortable and informed. The atmosphere is relaxing, with attention to detail that enhances the overall experience. Guests enjoy warm baths, calming tea, and treatments that leave their skin feeling soft and rejuvenated. Many have noted the amazing smells of the products used, which are both refreshing and calming. While most visitors have enjoyed their experience, it is worth noting that the spa is not suitable for those allergic to cats.
I just had a relaxing and wonderful afternoon with Tracy in Sanctuary Spa. She is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and knows her art and science of spa services very well. I had a facial and a back, shoulder massage package. I feel rejuvenated and highly recommend her Spa if you are considering having any Spa services she offers. Indra
I was able to book a last minute appointment, and the service was great! The space was very clean and my wax was fast and painless! The owner made me comfortable right away and we had a great conversation during my appointment. Would definitely book again!!
My 16 year old daughter and I came to Syracuse for a day of shopping and a wonderful spa experience. We each had our first facial. Tracy explained about the products she would use and was very conscientious about my daughter’s sensitive skin and any medical conditions we might have. Tracy was friendly and welcoming. While I waited for my daughter’s facial, the atmosphere was very warm, inviting and relaxing. I would definitely come back when in Syracuse!
