Many have noted the amazing smells of the products used, which are both refreshing and calming. While most visitors have enjoyed their experience, it is worth noting that the spa is not suitable for those allergic to cats.
My 16 year old daughter and I came to Syracuse for a day of shopping and a wonderful spa experience. We each had our first facial. Tracy explained about the products she would use and was very conscientious about my daughter’s sensitive skin and any medical conditions we might have. Tracy was friendly and welcoming. While I waited for my daughter’s facial, the atmosphere was very warm, inviting and relaxing. I would definitely come back when in Syracuse!
